7th Episode ---- Foradori's Final Thoughts

Nice win over the colonials tonight. What can you say about the overall team effort in the win?  We still aren’t passing well or filling rush zones well. We got some bounces and played decent defense though so no complaints.

  What can you say about kadens play in net?   He played really well, there’s only 1-2 goals that he let through that I would classify as “soft”.

How nice is it to have Zach smith as a friend instead of an enemy? Obviously he was just filling in, so he wasn’t doing the normal Zach Smith stuff. But he helped out on the back end and always moves the ball well so it opened up lanes for the rest of us.

You gave the crossbar a workout tonight but you factored in on the win tonight. How nice was it to play a good role in the win?  Just another day in the office.

 What does a win like tonight do for your team confidence?  Idk, we shouldn’t get too high about it obviously because it was 1 game. And it was still a very close game, it’s not like we dominated play.

 Eagles blew a 4 goal lead to the knights. Would you have put them over the top if you were still on the team?   No, I would have done everything I could to never even get that 4 goal lead.

Knights remain unbeaten despite facing some tough challenges. Are you rooting for them to win it (if you guys don’t of course) since will be joining them for the summer?  I’m not rooting for anyone, I just hope everyone has a good time and none of you old guys have a heart attack.

 MLB opening day this week. Who is your World Series prediction?  I’d be stupid not to pick the Dodgers right? I think they face off with a sneaky good Guardians or Red Sox team in the finals and beat them.

 If you were mlb commissioner, would you change anything about the length of the season, the post season, etc?  162 games is too many, make it 100. And only play teams from the opposite league in a 2 game set. No need for the Rockies to be playing a 4 game set or something with the White Sox.

How many rounds have you got in now and how have you played?  Still only have 1 round in. It’s been too cold and I like doing nothing too much.

 Any hope for brockway baseball this season? I’m not coaching so no.

What other random thoughts do you have this week?  How about that Walkers Hound pillow fight? I don’t think I’ve ever watched a game with that many turnovers or weak goals scored in my life. Like they were playing tennis out there just smacking the ball back and forth.
