Foradori's Final Thoughts on Being Recruited

1. You put on a Colonial jersey last night. What was it like playing for them even if it was just for one night? It was fun, it’s always easy to fit in with Bob but I felt everyone kind of had the same feel so things just kinda clicked.

   
   

2. You appeared to fit right in. Did you like that style of play better than the one you are used too with the bear claw? I think that style the Colonials play is just a better concept against those faster teams. Everyone knows how they play, very slow and methodical and I do like that.

   
   

3. Knights pulled away in the 3rd period. What do you think went wrong in that stretch? I think we were just gassed, I know I was. But to fight them off that well for that long was a good feeling.

   
   

4. The colonials were very pleased with how you played. The big question is, were you pleased? I thought I played okay. I had a few lapses on defense like not getting people out of the front of the net for Match or just boneheaded mistakes. But other than that I thought it was decent.

   
   

5. Yeti swept the eagles (Both games by a goal) last night. Do you think it would have been the other way around if you were on the eagles roster right now? No, the Yeti just seemed to be relentless last night.

   
   

6. Knights appeared to have a good balance last night. Who do you think made the biggest difference for them? Jake, it seemed like he was everywhere last night and stopped a lot of our chances himself.

   
   

7. How would you compare your style of play to Phil Mace (you replaced him last night)? Phil likes to shoot, don’t get me wrong I like to shoot too but if I see someone open I’m giving it up to them now. Kinda hard to compare since I was back 90% of the game and he’s normally up on offense.

   
   

8. Randy Carlson tournament coming up. What kind of expectations do you have for your team? We should be alright, I don’t think we’ll have the firepower like some of the other teams to win it but we should give everyone at least a good game.

   
   

9. Overtime in that eagles/yeti game that you reffed. Who did you think was going to win when the overtime started? The Eagles were buzzing at the beginning and the end of the 3rd. Just a bad bounce on a rebound got the best of them.

   
   

10. What other random thoughts are going thru your head after last night? I think I’d like more than a 1-2 hour notice on playing, I drank little to no water yesterday because I wasn’t expecting to play so I was spinning out there. Thanks for the heads up Bob.
